More than often, our minds live in the times that we can't control; seemingly unable to ungrasp the moments that we didn't plan. "How did this happen to me?", "Why do they treat me this way?", "That's so unfair." Sounds familiar? We all do it-- we replay that OC moment over and over again. We become a tad bit obsessed with it. Calling our friends to chat about it then repeatedly retelling the story to make it make sense. But in doing so, we miss out. We miss out on that moment's lesson or blessing. Instead of dwelling on that which we cannot control, lighten your burden and focus on what you CAN control. I promise, you will feel a weight lifted off your shoulders when you stop worrying about who, what, when, where, why, and how and begin to focus on your actions instead.
